Employees can enter their bookings with or without reason in different ways: QR Code reading, NFC tag reading, GPS coordinates.
All the management of bookings can also be extended to the concept of team: a designated foreman can enter the time stamps for the employees present in the workplace, in the manner provided (QR Code reading, NFC tag reading, GPS coordinates).
Our servers are designed to also receive stamping from classic devices (badge readers) for the creation of mixed systems (badge + smartphone).NEW: from today with the cartellino.cloud app you can enter your requests, the designated manager will receive a notification with which he will be invited to view the request to indicate his decision.Some examples of requests: request for holidays, request for permits, request for authorization to carry out extraordinary work, request for forgotten stamping, request for reimbursement of expenses with the possibility of sending a photo of the receipt, etc.
The request and approval operations are fully configurable, we have been doing this for more than 25 years and we have prepared a flexible solution that adapts to all needs.The bookings entered (start time and work end time, breaks, etc.) and the approved requests (holidays, leaves, bookings, overtime authorizations, expense reports, etc.) are sent to a server that processes the information and sends it to the system attendance management center.
The configuration of the various functions and authorizations granted to employees (who can do what) is done through the administrative interface of cartellino.cloud.
To use the services of cartellino.cloud it is not necessary to have your own IT infrastructure but only an internet connection is sufficient.The app is connected directly to the cartellino.cloud servers and each operation performed is recorded in real time.
The system administrator or the personnel department has the interface available to manage the configurations or to consult the stored data.
Authorized employees can also consult the data relating to their stampings and / or their requests.The app also contains a convenient function to manage the appeal of the employees present at each meeting point of each office.The cycle ends with the acquisition of information by the employee attendance data management software (eg SOMEtime), through the appropriate client.
